A multifamily investment group replaced siloed leasing and finance systems with a unified, real-time data platform. This integration eliminated redundant data entry and errors, giving teams one trusted source for portfolio information and one-click investor reports. Multiple disconnected systems for leases, property management, and payments forced staff to re-enter the same information in different places. The solution runs without any on-premise servers and scales on demand, so it can handle heavy usage (it’s processing over 20,000 searches and thousands of payments each month) without slowing down. By designing around real-time events, we ensured each department is always looking at the same up-to-date information instead of waiting for manual updates.
