The CCIM Institute's Fall Forum 2026 brings CCIM designees, candidates and partners to the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown on October 4–8, 2026. The program combines keynotes — Esri founder Jack Dangermond on the power of data and mapping, and mentalist Joshua Seth on the psychology of connection — with practitioner panels on the future of CRE brokerage, global and national retail outlooks, macroeconomic underwriting and the mindset of top performers. A Tech Talks track features Crexi, Esri, Intellisite, Moody's CRE Market Pro, ParGo AI and Economix Atlas. The week also includes the Comprehensive Exam and Core Concept Review, the Global Pinning Ceremony and Celebration of Excellence, the 2027 Global Presidential Inauguration, governance meetings and Town Hall, chapter officer training, a dealmaking and networking lounge, and off-site city tours of Downtown LA, the coast, Malibu and the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art.
