The National Apartment Association’s annual fly-in to Washington, D.C. where the rental housing industry makes its voice heard on Capitol Hill. This legislative conference gathers apartment executives, property owners, and other housing leaders for policy briefings and face-to-face meetings with members of Congress. The goal is to advocate on pressing multifamily issues — from housing affordability to regulatory reform — directly with lawmakers.
