About event
OPTECH is a conference on innovation in rental housing operations, technology, marketing and data. Since 2025 it has been hosted by the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC), the technology affiliate of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). OPTECH 2026 takes place November 16-18, 2026 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with operator-driven sessions on AI and automation, cybersecurity, data management, customer experience and policy, plus an expo floor. OPTECH is exclusive to RETTC members: registration is reserved for individuals at RETTC member firms, each registrant's firm must be a paid RETTC member in good standing at the time of the event, and exhibit space is only available to RETTC members.
